About the Role

MEDSCAN Logistics Company is seeking a Legal Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves providing essential legal support and advice to the company, ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and regulations, and managing various legal matters.

Role Overview

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts, managing legal disputes and litigation, and ensuring the company's operations adhere to all applicable legal frameworks. This position is critical in safeguarding the company's legal interests within the logistics and transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts and agreements, with a focus on logistics, transportation, warehousing, supplier, and customer agreements.
• Represent the company and manage cases before courts, judicial, and quasi-judicial authorities.
• Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, responses, and objections.
• Provide legal advice and support to various internal departments.
• Manage financial claims, enforcement proceedings, promissory notes, and legal settlements.
• Review violations and complaints, conduct internal investigations, and provide legal recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the logistics and transportation sector.
• Prepare periodic legal reports and maintain accurate records of contracts and cases.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
• Experience in managing legal disputes and litigation.
• Strong understanding of Saudi laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the logistics and transportation sector.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The Legal Specialist will work within the MEDSCAN Logistics Company team, contributing to the legal integrity and operational efficiency of the organization.
