About the Machine Operator Role

Napco National is seeking a full-time Machine Operator for its facility in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient production operations and ensuring product quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Machine Operator will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure smooth and compliant production. This includes:

• Supporting Quality Inspectors to verify that all products adhere to standard finished goods specifications.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the production line throughout each shift and during month-end procedures.
• Accurately completing and submitting daily production reports to the Production Team Leader.
• Performing correct machine setups and executing size changeovers as required.
• Managing raw materials, including their reception, return to the warehouse, and transfer to and from the Raw Material Warehouse.
• Promptly reporting any machine malfunctions or issues to the Lead Operator and Line Setter.
• Ensuring proper storage of all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials in their designated areas.
• Adhering to all safety and environmental guidelines, and actively participating in HSE toolbox talks.
• Engaging in all relevant Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system activities, including development, planning, evaluation, and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role:

• A minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience within the extrusion field.
• A solid understanding of both extrusion and printing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be in good physical condition, capable of working in demanding environments that may include high temperatures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure and in challenging work conditions.

Language Proficiency

An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication and reporting.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Dammam. The role requires the ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including environments with elevated temperatures. Adherence to strict safety and environmental protocols is mandatory.
