About the Role

Be Construction is seeking an experienced MEP Site Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the execution of electromechanical (MEP) works, with a focus on ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and execute HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems.
• Read and interpret executive drawings and technical specifications.
• Review and supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and various project disciplines.
• Track execution quality, project schedules, and quantity surveying.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress.
• Ensure adherence to site safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in MEP execution.
• Previous experience in hospital and healthcare facility projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in monitoring and executing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drainage works.
• Ability to read executive drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and various project teams.

Work Location

This position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
