About the Role

A Nanny and Children's Teacher is sought for a private household located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience who is dedicated to providing high-quality childcare while supporting children's educational, emotional, and social development.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate educational activities, primarily in English, and for promoting positive behavior and healthy routines within the household.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate childcare, ensuring the children's safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities in English that support language, literacy, numeracy, and cognitive development.
• Assist children with homework and reinforce learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
• Develop lesson plans and age-appropriate learning materials.
• Encourage children's communication, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Establish daily routines for learning, meals, playtime, hygiene, and rest.
• Promote good manners, positive behavior, and social-emotional development.
• Organize educational games, arts and crafts, reading sessions, and outdoor activities.
• Monitor children's progress and provide regular updates to parents.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children.
• Prepare healthy snacks and meals for the children when required.
• Accompany children to school, extracurricular activities, or appointments if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children, including organizing toys, learning materials, and children's laundry.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development, behavior, and daily activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in childcare, nannying, or teaching.
• Demonstrated ability to provide attentive and compassionate care for children.
• Proficiency in planning and delivering educational activities in English.

Work Environment and Location
