Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Operator is to perform essential machine tending operations and manage various machines across the production lines. This role ensures the continuous and effective functioning of equipment to meet production targets and quality standards within the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse against production orders to prevent operational disruptions or delays.
• Execute testing procedures to ensure optimal machine performance throughout production cycles.
• Learn and strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the production line.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters, promptly submitting fault reports for any detected abnormalities.
• Participate in or lead shift operational reviews to discuss achievements and address issues.
• Confirm the accuracy of production dates and batch numbers printed on bottles.
• Conduct water quality treatment sampling and analysis using specified tools and equipment to confirm satisfactory treatment results.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
