This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in physical therapy. Established in 2016 and headquartered in Dammam, we offer multidisciplinary rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, pediatric rehabilitation, and psychological services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans with clear objectives, treatments, outcomes, and discharge planning.
• Implement evidence-based treatment interventions to improve patients’ physical mobility, strength, and overall rehabilitation progress.
• Regularly assess patients' response to services, re-evaluate, and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Complete all required documentation in daily treatment notes within the Electronic Medical System (EMS) and ensure patient records comply with regulatory standards.
• Participate in marketing and community education activities to raise awareness of rehabilitation services.
• Plan and conduct in-service educational activities to meet learning needs and performance improvement goals, and provide consultations to facility staff regarding physical therapy techniques.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor that are related to the role of a physical therapist.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid license to practice as a physical therapist in Saudi Arabia (SCFHS).
• 5-10 years of professional experience in physical therapy.
