About the Role

Datamatics Technologies is seeking a Ping Identity Consultant to join their team in the Eastern region. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within complex environments. Candidates currently residing and working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) are strongly preferred for this position.

Role Overview

The Ping Identity Consultant will be responsible for leading IAM initiatives from architecture through production support. This includes delivering end-to-end IAM projects covering Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Federation, and API Security. The role requires strong technical expertise in Ping Identity technologies, authentication and federation protocols, API security, and identity governance, along with effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Ping Identity solutions across enterprise and hybrid environments.
• Configure, customize, troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade Ping Identity platforms.
• Design authentication flows, access policies, user journeys, and authorization frameworks.
• Implement and maintain RBAC, ABAC, risk-based access controls, and Zero Trust security models.
• Develop custom integrations, extensions, and automation using Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell scripting.
• Configure and maintain identity repositories, directory services, and synchronization mechanisms.
• Integrate Ping Identity solutions with enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Perform performance tuning, monitoring, capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and production support.
• Support security governance, compliance, audit requirements, and access certification processes.
• Create architecture documents, operational runbooks, deployment guides, and technical documentation.
• Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.

Required Experience and Skills

• Extensive experience (5-10 years) with Ping Identity technologies.
• Proficiency in authentication and federation protocols.
• Experience with API security and identity governance.
• Strong technical expertise in IAM solutions.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Eastern region. The role involves working within a team to deliver complex IAM projects and requires collaboration with various business and technology stakeholders.
