About the Role

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Private Chef to work in a private villa located in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with strong expertise in authentic cuisine and the ability to prepare a variety of daily meals according to household preferences. The role offers a salary of up to SAR 2,700 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic meals tailored to the household's preferences.
• Prepare Arabic cuisine as required.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Efficiently manage daily meal preparation and all kitchen activities.
• Demonstrate a professional, respectful, and punctual approach in all duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef, with 5-10 years of experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of authentic cuisine.
• Knowledge of Arabic cuisine is an advantage.
• Previous experience working in a private household is preferred.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to work 8–10 hours daily.

Work Environment

This role is based in a private villa in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Private Chef will be responsible for managing all culinary aspects within the household, ensuring high standards of service and food preparation.
