Sudair Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position focused on driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory.

Role Summary

The Product Specialist is responsible for achieving sales targets and market share by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This involves delivering scientific product information, meeting customer needs, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Sudair Pharma products and cultivate strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Achieve sales targets, market share, and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct daily customer visits and educational meetings.
• Manage territory coverage and customer activities using the CRM system.
• Monitor competitor activities and report market insights.
• Ensure effective use of promotional materials and support product availability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Commercial teams, and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Report product shortages to ensure continuous product availability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration.
• Healthcare sales experience is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the healthcare environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel to remote areas and attend business meetings.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam and requires travel to various locations within the assigned territory, including remote areas, for customer visits and business meetings.
