About the Opportunity

Iduast Company is seeking a Production Planning Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role is integral to optimizing our transformer manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production flow and timely product delivery to meet customer demands.

Role Purpose

The Production Planning Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive planning, scheduling, and coordination of all transformer manufacturing activities. This involves ensuring timely delivery of products, maximizing resource utilization, and maintaining strong alignment between production capabilities, material availability, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust production plans and schedules for all transformer manufacturing orders.
• Coordinate effectively with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor production progress diligently, identify potential delays, and proactively implement recovery plans to mitigate impacts.
• Ensure the consistent availability of necessary materials and adequate production capacity to meet established production and delivery targets.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and prepare detailed planning and progress reports for management.
• Support initiatives focused on production optimization and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, located in the Eastern region. The role operates within a dynamic manufacturing environment, requiring close collaboration with various operational teams.
