The Role of Production Section Head

Klybeck Life Sciences MENA is seeking a Production Section Head to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing daily production operations for veterinary vaccines. The role ensures adherence to GMP, ISO standards, and internal quality and safety procedures within the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating production schedules.
• Monitoring workflow and optimizing resource utilization.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of products.
• Leading and developing the production team, including supervising performance.
• Promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with quality, engineering, supply chain, and maintenance teams.
• Managing section budgets and reporting on production KPIs.
• Supporting audits and inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant production leadership role.
• Demonstrated understanding of GMP and ISO standards.
• Experience in veterinary product manufacturing or biopharmaceutical development is preferred.
