The Role: Psychological Therapist

Eradah Medical Rehabilitation Centers is seeking a qualified Psychological Therapist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves providing evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy for both children and adults, contributing to holistic patient care within a multidisciplinary environment.

Role Contribution and Collaboration

The Psychological Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans and support patients in achieving their mental health goals. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to ensure the delivery of integrated and high-quality psychological care, aiming to make a meaningful impact on patients' well-being and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based psychological therapy and counseling.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Educate patients and families on mental health and coping strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements
