Quality Manager

About the Role

Iduast Company is seeking a Quality Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing and enhancing quality management systems and processes across various operational areas. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the establishment and revision of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems, ensuring continuous operation and improvement.
• Lead the formulation of annual factory-level quality indicators, decompose department-specific indicators, and manage performance assessment.
• Oversee full-process quality supervision for UHV key products, monitor production progress, and track product delivery performance.
• Organize inspection and assessment of departmental compliance with quality procedures during product realization, and enforce rectification.
• Coordinate cross-department quality improvement activities, participate in project reviews, and supervise achievement validation.
• Oversee quality-loss-cost analysis, arbitrate disputes over accountability, and conduct quarterly assessments of loss traceability.
• Lead quality culture and quality informatization development, including system setup, operation, and compliance inspection.
• Lead the revision of Raw Material & Component Acceptance Specifications and supervise supply chain supplier management.
• Oversee the implementation of two-grid product sampling and coordinate defect resolution with the Chief Engineer.
• Plan, execute, and manage special quality theme activities, and conduct risk identification and assessment for department-level business risks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Educational Background: Senior-level or above professional title or vocational qualification certificate.

• Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years working for Tebian Electric, OR minimum 3 years dedicated quality management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transformer technology or production.
  • OR minimum 5 years of manufacturing industry quality management experience.
• Training Requirements: Pre-job training in corporate operation systems, quality tool application, corporate operation briefing, and quality management system knowledge. On-the-job training in department procedures, professional skills, job responsibilities, and quality management.

Required Competencies

• Minimum Qualification Level: Senior QA Quality Planning.
• Management Competencies (Proficiency Level-3): Communication, Organization & Coordination, Teamwork, Service Awareness.
• Professional Competencies: Quality Standard Administration (Level-3), Quality Improvement & Promotion (Level-3), Quality Problem Resolution (Level-1), Quality Inspection (Level-1).
