The Role of Restaurant Manager

Mugalat Alfreej is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, requiring a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Managing staff schedules for optimal coverage.
Supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining high-quality standards for all food and beverage offerings.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing guest concerns promptly.
Promoting a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and staff.
Supporting the hiring and training processes for new and existing team members.
Managing inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers.
Enforcing all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Collaborating with ownership to achieve revenue and cost-control targets.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in restaurant management.
Demonstrated ability to manage daily restaurant operations effectively.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team supervision and development.
