Role Overview

Iduast Company is seeking a Sales Manager (Oil and Gas) to lead sales and business development efforts within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, King Salman Energy Park, and is responsible for driving business growth across the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key industry players, including EPC contractors, operating companies, refineries, petrochemical plants, and other industrial clients, while effectively managing tenders, contracts, and sales execution.

Core Sales and Business Development

The Sales Manager will be responsible for a comprehensive range of activities aimed at expanding Iduast Company's market share and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing key accounts within the Oil & Gas and broader industrial sectors.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with EPC contractors, operating companies, and critical decision-makers.
• Identifying new business opportunities, projects, and potential long-term supply agreements.
• Preparing and managing tenders, quotations, and leading contract negotiations.
• Overseeing the complete sales cycle, from initial lead generation through to project completion and payment collection.

Internal Collaboration and Market Insight

This role requires effective internal coordination and a proactive approach to market understanding. Responsibilities in this area include:

• Coordinating with engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging sales opportunities within the sector.
• Preparing accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular business performance updates for management.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Sales Manager (Oil and Gas) position must possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in sales and business development. This experience should be specifically within the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors, demonstrating a proven ability to manage complex sales processes and achieve growth targets.
