About the Role

MM Management Consultant is seeking a Sales Team Leader Centrifugal Pumps to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves leading and motivating a sales team to achieve revenue targets for centrifugal pump products and other mechanical products across assigned territories within Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will focus on expanding market share, strengthening key client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet annual revenue and sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, and Industrial sectors.
  • Manage key accounts, including EPC contractors and end users.
  • Lead tendering activities, encompassing RFQs, techno-commercial proposal development, and negotiations.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly and quarterly performance forecasts.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Allocate territories and accounts effectively among team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions for the sales team.
  • Ensure team activities align with company strategy and compliance policies.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to the team, including pump selection, application analysis, and technical discussions.
  • Coordinate with principals and OEMs for product support and necessary approvals.
  • Ensure proper documentation, costing, and pricing strategy implementation.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and project pipelines.
  • Identify upcoming projects with major entities such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, and SWCC.
  • Develop and implement customer penetration strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote long-term service contracts and after-market opportunities.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, specifically within the centrifugal pumps or mechanical products sector.
