SAP FSM Consultant

About the Role

Talent Basket is seeking an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to join a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation project. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and is for a leading organization in the Power Generation Equipment – Sales, Rental & Service sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
• Manage service calls and work orders effectively.
• Oversee planning and dispatching processes within SAP FSM.
• Implement and manage mobile field service solutions and Smartforms.
• Handle activity management, time, and expense tracking.
• Integrate SAP FSM with S/4HANA, SAP PM, CS/EAM, and CPI.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Manage equipment, warranty, and spare parts.
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SAP FSM.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two end-to-end SAP FSM projects.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• SAP CS / S/4HANA Service Certification is preferred.
• Experience in industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Equipment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, supporting a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation for a prominent organization.
