Sabaq Resources is seeking a Senior Information Technology Officer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and services, ensuring operational excellence and security.

Role Summary

The Senior Information Technology Officer is responsible for the comprehensive management and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and end-user services. This position ensures the availability, security, and reliability of IT operations while providing essential technical support and leading IT-related projects and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, systems, and hardware.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Monitor IT systems to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, and IT assets.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for technical support and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain IT security policies, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support the implementation, upgrade, and integration of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution according to SLAs.
• Prepare IT documentation, reports, inventories, and technical procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead or participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior IT staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in information technology roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and support IT infrastructure and systems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills across various IT domains.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam.
