Senior Investment Manager

About the Role

Hays is partnering with a multi-billion-dollar PIF-backed giga-project located in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Senior Investment Manager to join the Strategy & Investment team. This is a full-time, execution-focused role, reporting directly to the Head of Investment.

Role Overview

The Senior Investment Manager will be responsible for leading investment, fund, and real estate transaction workstreams across Saudi Arabia. This encompasses the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial business case review and underwriting through due diligence, structuring, negotiation support, documentation, and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day investment, fund, joint venture (JV), special purpose vehicle (SPV), and real estate transaction workstreams.
• Manage financial underwriting, valuation, and transaction economics for priority opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with fund managers, developers, investors, lenders, and advisors.
• Support commercial structuring, negotiation preparation, and due diligence management.
• Provide execution leadership and coaching to junior team members.
• Develop modelling standards and governance frameworks for the investment function.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in investment banking, private markets, asset management, or real estate investing.
• Mandatory track record of fund and deal execution in Saudi Arabia, with direct involvement in live transactions.
• Experience range of 5-10 years is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required for quota purposes.
