About the Role

Saudi Chainlink Fence Mfg. Co. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with demonstrated experience in Physical Perimeter Security Systems. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will join a growing team and contribute to business growth across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, government entities, and end users.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, project managers, and procurement teams.
Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in line with project specifications and company standards.
Prepare and submit Material Submittals and Prequalification (PQ) documents according to client requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new opportunities.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
Ensure timely invoice submission and follow up on payment collections.
Maintain accurate sales inquiries, quotations, and order records.
Support and supervise Sales and Project Coordinators to ensure timely document release for manufacturing and dispatch.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the security infrastructure industry.
Proven track record in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and developing new client relationships.
Experience working on government, defense, critical infrastructure, or GIGA projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Ability to interpret fence drawings, layouts, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Strong technical understanding with a solution-oriented approach.

Required Competencies

Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and Physical Perimeter Security products.
Excellent sales, marketing, and business acumen.
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and initiative.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team focused on security infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.
