About the Senior Business Systems Analyst Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a full-time position in Dammam, Eastern Province. This role is crucial for analyzing, evaluating, enhancing, and supporting business systems and processes that underpin asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and operational excellence across the organization. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective system solutions that drive operational efficiency and improve data integrity and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and recommend system improvements and automation solutions.
• Support, enhance, and optimize SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and related asset management systems.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and business reports.
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver system enhancements.
• Lead workshops, document requirements, and support testing and deployment activities.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with company standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, or Industrial sectors.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.

Mandatory Technical Expertise

• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM): Strong hands-on experience including Equipment Master, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning, Inspection Planning, and Work Order Management.
• SAP Development & Integration: Experience with custom SAP developments and integrations, including ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs, and BAPIs. Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and RAP developments is required.
• Data & Analytics: Advanced Power BI development and reporting capabilities, coupled with strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Industrial Systems: Experience with PI System (OSIsoft) or similar industrial data historians. Understanding of ETL processes and integration between operational and enterprise systems.
• Business Systems Analysis: Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and system implementation. Ability to manage system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate end-to-end resolution.
• Digital & Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of AI/ML applications for predictive maintenance and asset integrity.
