About the Role

Jotun is seeking a Sr. Sales Executive - Projects to join our team in Dammam. This full-time role is responsible for supporting the Sales Manager in driving B2B sales of Jotun Decorative products to new, existing, and targeted construction projects. The position involves utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and methodologies, building strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and executing sales plans to achieve sales, gross margin, Day Sales Outstanding (DSO), and market share targets while driving sustainable profitability. This role reports to the Area Sales Manager – Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, introduce, and sell Decorative products to construction projects within the assigned geographical territory through regular customer visits.
• Identify new business opportunities, gather market insights, and collect competitive intelligence to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets for sustainable business growth.
• Conduct systematic ground mapping and regular area audits of ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects to identify decorative painting opportunities ahead of the tender/specification stage and assess market potential.
• Build, maintain, and continuously update a qualified sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring alignment with sales top-line (STP) and budget targets, accurate opportunity tracking, stage management, and sales forecasting.
• Monitor awarded projects throughout execution to maintain Jotun's position, defend the agreed project scope against competitor penetration, and ensure project requirements are met.
• Proactively manage assigned accounts through diligent follow-up, reconciliation, and documentation to ensure adherence to credit terms and achievement of DSO targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
• Read and interpret project technical documents to provide accurate product recommendations, quotations, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Undertake and regularly update area audits to identify market potential within the designated geographical area in collaboration with the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Building Materials is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Project Sales, B2B, and Business Development.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, verbally and in writing.
