About the Role: Telephone Operator

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-time Telephone Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This role is central to delivering a seamless and memorable experience for our guests, serving as a primary point of contact throughout their stay. This position goes beyond routine check-in and check-out procedures. As a Telephone Operator, you will be part of a team of Guest Experience Experts empowered to take initiative in delivering a wide range of services. The goal is to guide guests through their entire stay, ensuring every interaction contributes to a unique and memorable experience.

• Process operational needs and inquiries efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Complete required reports accurately and on time.
• Share highlights and information about the local area with guests.
• Ensure all guest transactions are handled professionally and contribute positively to their experience.
