The Role of Telesales Executive

The Telesales Executive is responsible for driving sales through direct customer interaction. This involves making outbound calls to both prospective and existing customers, effectively presenting products and services, and diligently following up on leads to achieve sales conversions. The role also includes handling inbound inquiries, providing clear and accurate information, and maintaining a high standard of customer support and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers via outbound calls to present company products and services.
• Manage and follow up on sales leads to facilitate conversion into successful sales.
• Address inbound customer inquiries, ensuring the provision of clear and accurate information.
• Deliver high-quality customer support and service in all interactions.
• Accurately update and maintain customer records within the CRM system.
• Track and report the outcomes of all calls to monitor performance.
• Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales scripts and optimize outreach strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Contribute positively to a results-focused and collaborative work environment.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience, preferably in a sales or customer service capacity.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, located in the Eastern Region.
