TRAINING SENIOR OFFICER

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Training Senior Officer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals only, as part of the Tamheer Program, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on supporting training and development initiatives, particularly through external partnerships and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with universities and higher-education institutions in the Eastern Region to support NLI’s outreach activities.
• Represent NLI at government-sponsored programs and regional workforce-development initiatives, including HRDF, Tamheer-related events, and career fairs.
• Identify and help coordinate participation opportunities with relevant Eastern Region bodies and initiatives.
• Provide backup support on the Learning Management System (Oracle Fusion Learning) during peak periods, including data entry, enrollment tracking, and report generation.
• Support coordination with external training providers by following up on requests, scheduling and attending meetings, and tracking action items through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of university and provider communications, and prepare periodic summaries for the NLI Manager.
• Assist with general L&D administrative tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

• This position is exclusively for Saudi Nationals.
• Participation in the Tamheer Program is required.
• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience is necessary for this role.

Work Environment and Location

The role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and operates on a full-time basis. The selected candidate will work within the Napco National team, contributing to learning and development initiatives.
