About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a Legal Specialist for one of its clients in the real estate sector. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires 2-5 years of experience in legal affairs.

Role Overview

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing legal support to the company, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, and preparing legal memoranda. This role ensures the company's compliance with relevant regulations and bylaws, contributing to the protection of interests and the reduction of legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review commercial and real estate contracts and agreements.
• Prepare legal memoranda and follow up on cases as needed.
• Provide legal consultations to various departments.
• Review legal risks and ensure compliance with regulations and bylaws.
• Coordinate with government entities and legal advisors when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Regulations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal affairs.
• Practical experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Experience in preparing legal memoranda.
• Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
