Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle calculations, creation, and coordination of offers.
- Analyze the market and identify customer needs.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of freight forwarding sales experience.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in any discipline.
Financial Goals:
- Achieve operating profit goals for the organization.
- Meet financial and volume budgets.
- Achieve 5 new defined Key Account Management (KAM) businesses.
Sales Development Goals:
- Establish a country business development roadmap aligned with global sales by June 2023.
Sales Compliance:
- Ensure the team achieves sales compliance targets through CRM.
Pipeline Reporting:
- Monthly pipeline reporting for key accounts via CRM.
