Job Purpose: To lead and manage the sales team in achieving revenue targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share updates, and address challenges.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of auctions, including planning, coordination, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate auction performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Certifications in Sales Management (preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales.

Required Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
  • Related certifications are preferred.
