Job Purpose: To lead and manage the sales team in achieving revenue targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities and campaigns.
- Ensure effective use of CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share updates, and address challenges.
- Handle escalations and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and oversee the execution of auctions, including planning, coordination, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate auction performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
- Certifications in Sales Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- Related certifications are preferred.
