  • 35 years of freight forwarding sales experience.
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A degree in any discipline.

Financial Goals:
  • Achieve operating profit goals for the organization.
  • Meet financial and volume budgets.
  • Achieve 5 new defined Key Account Management (KAM) businesses.

Sales Development Goals:
  • Establish a country business development roadmap aligned with global sales by June 2023.

Sales Compliance:
  • Ensure the team achieves sales compliance targets through CRM.

Pipeline Reporting:
  • Monthly pipeline reporting for key accounts via CRM.

- Fluent in Arabic and English; other languages are preferred.
- Ability to perform the job requires frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility.
