You will be responsible for:
- Developing and managing a robust pipeline of clients.
- Conducting needs analysis and risk assessments for potential clients.
- Generating leads and closing business by collaborating with the Cross-Selling (CRB) sales team.
- Maintaining client relationships to ensure understanding of WTW’s financial arrangements.
As our Senior Sales Manager, your insights will be crucial in navigating local market dynamics, and you will collaborate closely with various internal teams to enhance overall client experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 510 years of experience in Health & Benefits market and insurance broking.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- IFCE certification is advantageous.

- Identify marketing opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
- Oversee pre-planning support including Inova and Well Plan modeling, and coordinate with service providers and contractors for comprehensive project planning.
- Engage with clients to offer tailored solutions using our product tools and equipment.
- Respond to tender requests and ensure proper evaluation and documentation are completed.
- Foster regular communication with clients to enhance operations and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Assist in drilling engineering support by creating well design programs and managing project execution phases.
- Develop presentations for clients to showcase our product line capabilities.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and answer client inquiries.
- Monitor operations during the well execution phase and provide support as needed.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a technical or sales role, preferably related to our product lines.
- Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with well planning software and a strong understanding of financial processes related to tenders and budgets.
