Join WTW as an H&B Senior Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in expanding our Health & Benefits business in Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for:
  • Developing and managing a robust pipeline of clients.
  • Conducting needs analysis and risk assessments for potential clients.
  • Generating leads and closing business by collaborating with the Cross-Selling (CRB) sales team.
  • Maintaining client relationships to ensure understanding of WTW’s financial arrangements.

As our Senior Sales Manager, your insights will be crucial in navigating local market dynamics, and you will collaborate closely with various internal teams to enhance overall client experiences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 510 years of experience in Health & Benefits market and insurance broking.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
  • IFCE certification is advantageous.

Overall Purpose of the Job:

Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a technical or sales role, preferably related to our product lines.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with well planning software and a strong understanding of financial processes related to tenders and budgets.
