Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for and SEC-related substation projects.
- Identify and engage key contractors to secure Eaton’s inclusion as the primary supplier.
- Lead customer engagement via site visits, tender follow-ups, and post-award support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Drive sales forecasting, reporting, and maintain an accurate pipeline.
- Oversee end-to-end project pursuits, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Facilitate negotiations with stakeholders to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- 710 years of sales experience in the power/utility sector.
- Established network with contractors on and SEC projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Proficient in sales forecasting and project tracking.
