As part of our Energy Team, you'll engage with key customers and identify new business opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Promote our technical capabilities to key customers.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on regional strategies to strengthen market presence and achieve growth targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights on competitor activities.
- Identify new distributors and develop account plans for long-term growth.
- Generate business opportunities and manage the enquiry stream from concept to proposal submission.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales and competitor activity.
Your Qualifications:
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
- Customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for understanding client needs.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Identify marketing opportunities and develop strategies to capture new business in collaboration with the Business Development Manager.
- Oversee pre-planning support including Inova and Well Plan modeling, and coordinate with service providers and contractors for comprehensive project planning.
- Engage with clients to offer tailored solutions using our product tools and equipment.
- Respond to tender requests and ensure proper evaluation and documentation are completed.
- Foster regular communication with clients to enhance operations and identify revenue growth opportunities.
- Assist in drilling engineering support by creating well design programs and managing project execution phases.
- Develop presentations for clients to showcase our product line capabilities.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and answer client inquiries.
- Monitor operations during the well execution phase and provide support as needed.
Job Knowledge and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a technical or sales role, preferably related to our product lines.
- Strong knowledge of relevant equipment and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with well planning software and a strong understanding of financial processes related to tenders and budgets.
