Join Rawabi Holding Co. as a Warehouse Manager!

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations in Dammam. This critical role will ensure the efficient flow of materials essential for our projects, contributing to our mission of excellence in electric power production and transmission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily activities such as receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all production transfer requests.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and audits.
• Material Flow Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize material flow and minimize handling costs.
• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with procurement, project management, and logistics teams.
• Reporting: Prepare inventory and transaction reports as required.
• Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety and security procedures in the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a warehouse manager.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
