We are partnering with a key client in the Kingdom who is seeking a results-driven HR Operations Manager to lead and manage day-to-day HR operations for the business.

We are partnering with a key client in the Kingdom who is seeking a results-driven HR Operations Manager to lead and manage day-to-day HR operations for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate HR processes and initiatives, including onboarding, off-boarding, payroll, HR compliance, government relations, and employee relations.
- Manage employee absences and leave tracking, maintain the timekeeping database, and conduct regular audits.
- Ensure responsive and efficient mobilization, visa/immigration, and off-boarding processes to optimize employee experience.
- Provide operational and logistical support for new joiners and oversee HR life cycle activities.
- Develop and oversee Government Relations and payroll, fostering strong relationships with Government and Ministries in KSA.
- Partner with business leaders and senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives.
- Support direct access transactions for managers and employees, providing guidance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and vendors regarding Medical and Life Insurance.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in HR or related field + HR certifications.
- 5+ years experience in HR Operations or a similar HR Generalist role in KSA.
- Strong systems exposure with HR platforms such as Oracle, SuccessFactors or Workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, best practice, compliance, payroll systems, and government relations.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with visa/immigration processes and managing employee benefits in KSA is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
