We are looking for a passionate Visual Merchandising (VM) Executive to support and bring to life our Visual Merchandising strategy in the KSA market. In this pivotal role, you will ensure excellence in all points of sale and collaborate closely with the VM Project Manager and various stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of Visual Merchandising initiatives across all points of sale, ensuring timely execution of visual materials, displays, and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct regular boutique visits to assess and assist with VM needs, ensuring adherence to our standards.
• Support the installation and reporting of product launches and seasonal displays throughout the sales network.
• Track and manage Point of Sale (POS) material across the network, ensuring logistics and distribution align with needs.
• Provide assistance in event productions and special decoration setups while collaborating with external suppliers.
• Compile monthly Visual Merchandising reports based on boutique visit observations and supply photographic documentation.
• Deliver training programs to elevate the skills of the boutique VM community and monitor market trends.

Your Qualifications:
We seek a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Visual Merchandising for a luxury brand, a strong educational background in Visual Arts, and a comprehensive understanding of the luxury retail environment. Proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and project management skills, and fluency in both English and Arabic are essential for success in this role.
