About the Role

Aljabr Rent a Car is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves managing the lifecycle of spare parts, from procurement to storage and distribution, ensuring efficient operations within the workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update records for the purchase, receipt, and issuance of spare parts, both physically and electronically.
• Match received parts against purchase orders for type and quantity, documenting any discrepancies.
• Organize the storage of spare parts and identify their locations to facilitate easy access and issuance when needed.
• Communicate with suppliers to request price quotes and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in preparing reports.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and the workshop team.
• Previous experience in the field of automotive spare parts is a fundamental requirement.

Experience Level

Candidates should have between 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field, specifically within automotive spare parts management.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, at Aljabr Rent a Car.
