Carrier is the leading worldwide provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions. We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team in Dammam, KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support various sales activities and customer relationship management for service agreements and service repairs.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on service sales inquiries.
- Lead negotiations to achieve optimum profit levels and meet sales metrics consistently.
- Manage and develop customer relationships to enhance service revenue growth.
- Provide professional proposals and technical support related to digitized services.
- Ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and meet financial targets.
- Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts to management.
- Perform customer visits to increase sales and product awareness.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry, specifically in service contracts and sales.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- This position is exclusively for Saudi candidates.
