About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Account Manager I, Hub Delivery to join its full-time team in Riyadh. This role supports Amazon's expanding delivery network by managing relationships with Hub Store partners and overseeing day-to-day Hub operations within last-mile stations.

Role Overview and Impact

The Account Manager serves as a critical link between Amazon and its Hub Store partners, ensuring operational excellence and managing complex workflows that directly impact customer satisfaction. This position operates at the intersection of operations and program management, focusing on stakeholder engagement, driving quality standards, and identifying optimization opportunities across the Hub network.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage Hub Store relationships by providing guidance, conducting quality discussions, and ensuring operational compliance to protect Amazon's brand image and meet customer expectations.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators through data analysis, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing corrective actions to achieve business targets.
• Partner with On-The-Road (OTR) Safety and Station Managers to ensure business safety compliance and proper implementation of Last Mile processes within Delivery Stations.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements at both network and individual Hub Store levels to enhance overall performance and customer experience.

Daily Operational Focus

A typical day involves reviewing performance metrics and addressing immediate concerns. The Account Manager coaches Hub Store owners on compliance standards and operational best practices, while resolving quality issues affecting delivery performance. Collaboration with OTR partners and ADE's/CTLs ensures process alignment and resource planning. The role also includes deep dives into customer metrics, developing improvement strategies, and representing the voice of the stores within the AMZL business. Support for new store onboarding to meet peak volume demands is also a component of this role.

About the Hub Delivery Team

Hub Delivery is an integral part of Amazon's rapidly expanding and evolving delivery network. The team collaborates with customer-focused small business owners who deliver to Amazon customers in complex last-mile scenarios. The Hub network is actively being built across multiple countries, including UAE, Egypt, Japan, Mexico, Spain, and the US, with plans for further global expansion. The team focuses on innovation and creating solutions that enhance the delivery experience, contributing to the future of Amazon's delivery network.
