The Account Manager Role

Hellence is seeking an Account Manager for a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role offers flexibility for some work from home. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients within the life sciences sector, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
Coordinate marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Track and analyze performance metrics for all marketing activities.
Prepare detailed client reports and presentations.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Identify opportunities for growth and optimization within client accounts.
Support lead generation efforts to expand the client base.
Nurture and strengthen client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
Contribute to strategic sales and marketing activities that drive mutual success.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in account management, preferably within the life sciences sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage client accounts and marketing initiatives effectively.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and performance tracking.
