Account Manager

About the Role

GEN PLUS Group is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing multidisciplinary agency projects across various domains, including production, creative, digital, and social content. The Account Manager will focus on client relationships, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective project delivery.

Account and Project Delivery

• Serve as the primary client liaison, understanding client objectives and ensuring effective execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
• Build and maintain client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Manage multiple projects, including creative development, video production, and social content, overseeing timelines and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with producers, creatives, designers, and social strategists to develop and deliver client content.
• Translate client needs into actionable plans and facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.

Growth and Creative Strategy

• Understand clients’ business and marketing goals to drive creative solutions that enhance their brands.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new-business pitches.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging digital and social platforms, and content practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in account management within an agency setting or a similar role. This experience should include managing projects across production, creative, digital, and social content.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires consistent engagement with clients and internal teams in a dynamic agency environment.
