About the Role

Gen Plus Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee multidisciplinary agency projects. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves managing projects across production, creative, digital, and social media content. The position emphasizes client relationship management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring project execution across production, creative, and digital campaigns.
Cultivate client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Manage concurrent projects including creative development, video production, and social content.
Coordinate internal agency teams to develop and deliver content for clients.
Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Translate client needs into actionable production and creative plans.
Understand client business and marketing goals to develop brand-enhancing creative solutions.
Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to new business pitches.
Track industry trends, emerging digital and social platforms, and content best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

At least 5-10 years of account management experience in a creative agency, production house, or digital/social agency.
Strong understanding of creative development, video production, and social media content.
Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Required Skills

Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
Passion for creativity, storytelling, brand building, and digital innovation.

Work Environment
