About the Role

DSM Grup is seeking an Account Senior Specialist - A Brands to join the Trendyol Core Commerce team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing and growing relationships with Tier-A fashion brand sellers, ensuring their successful integration and long-term partnership within the marketplace. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Team Overview

The Trendyol Core Commerce team develops data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth and global expansion. This involves transforming insights into actionable initiatives, from enhancing seller experience to launching new markets. The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, emphasizing cross-functional cooperation and individual ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with Tier-A fashion sellers.
Lead sellers through the onboarding process and support their successful integration into the marketplace.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing seller needs and expectations.
Collaborate closely with the Planning team and other relevant internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve seller challenges while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
Support seller performance and long-term growth on the platform.

Required Experience

3-6 years of experience in account management, seller support, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop relationships with key accounts.
Experience in supporting onboarding processes and ongoing account management.
