DSM Grup is seeking an Account Senior Specialist – Conservative Sellers to join the team in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to Trendyol Core Commerce, focusing on strategic growth and global expansion through innovative, data-driven approaches. The specialist will contribute to shaping the future of commerce by turning insights into action within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Overview

This position is designed for a professional with strong knowledge of the conservative fashion segment in Saudi Arabia. The primary focus will be on onboarding and managing conservative fashion sellers, as well as building robust relationships within this key local seller segment. The role requires a deep sense of ownership and the ability to make a real-time impact.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard and manage conservative fashion sellers across Saudi Arabia.
Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with sellers and provide continuous support throughout their journey.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the specific needs and dynamics of the local conservative fashion market.
Collaborate closely with SME and ETD teams to ensure effective seller management.
Assist sellers in resolving operational and account-related challenges efficiently.
Contribute to strengthening and expanding Trendyol’s conservative fashion seller portfolio within KSA.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience level: 0-1 years.
Strong knowledge of the conservative fashion segment in Saudi Arabia.
