About the Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Maharah Human Resources Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves managing the company’s invoicing and collections processes, ensuring financial accuracy and timely payment processing.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of incoming payments, maintaining comprehensive customer account information, and providing essential support for financial reporting. This role is central to maintaining healthy cash flow and financial integrity for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients accurately and punctually.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer payments and account statuses.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately accounted for and properly posted.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to effectively resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Generate various reports related to accounts receivable for management review and decision-making.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in an accounts receivable role or a similar financial position.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and financial procedures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
