About the Opportunity

JCA Associates is recruiting for an Adobe AEM Enterprise Architect for a contract position. This role supports a major global consultancy client and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving work with a greenfield Adobe AEM customer.

Role Purpose and Strategic Impact

The Enterprise Architect serves as the primary technical driver for closing sales opportunities and ensuring existing customer success with their marketing technology programs through value realization. This position involves strategic engagement with customer Technical, Marketing, and C-Suite teams, particularly for Adobe’s Top 50 customers, to evaluate current-state technology and business objectives.

• Showcase innovative digital experiences, demonstrating the "Art of the Possible."
• Provide technical leadership and support for sales initiatives and customer program success.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience in a consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems as an AEM Architect/Principal Consultant or employee Marketing/Technical leader.
• Essential hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Ideally, Adobe AEP Certified with one or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (*, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target, or Workfront).
• Working knowledge of the end-to-end digital marketing journey, including Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution, and Reporting/Insights.
• Significant hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security, and Data Ingress/Egress.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to technical, marketing, and C-Suite audiences, supporting strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly diagnose challenges and opportunities and produce a future state architecture.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• TOGAF Certification and familiarity with generative AI solutions.
• Recent experience building enterprise-level, return on investment-focused Business Cases for technology transformations.
• Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter, or React-Native mobile applications.
• Experience leading a revenue-focused Book of Business, including managing sales pipeline via Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics, scope/contract review, and Value Realization measurement.

Work Environment and Contract Details

This is a contract role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work directly with a greenfield Adobe AEM customer. Salary for this position will be discussed during the recruitment process.
