The Advisory Solution Consultant Role

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to join its Solution Consulting team. This role is instrumental in supporting Solution Sales for specific product areas such as Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX. The consultant will guide revenue for one of ServiceNow's products, working in close partnership with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consulting position that requires the ability to deliver and position solutions comprehensively throughout sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customer challenges and provide product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs.
• Address product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
• Provide feedback to product management regarding product enhancements that can address customer needs and deliver additional value.
• Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
• Develop, position, and provide product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in leveraging or critically evaluating the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on specific functions or industries.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic Solution Consulting team, contributing to sales objectives across an assigned territory.
