About the Role

Ejada is seeking an experienced AI & Data Demand Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to lead the demand management lifecycle for AI and Data initiatives. The role is central to capturing, qualifying, prioritizing, and managing business demand, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The AI & Data Demand Expert will be responsible for the end-to-end demand management process, from initial intake and qualification through prioritization and handover to delivery teams. This involves partnering closely with business stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities within AI and data domains, translating these into well-defined business requirements. The role also entails maintaining and governing the AI & Data demand pipeline to ensure visibility, strategic alignment, and effective prioritization.

• Collaborate with technical, architecture, and pre-sales teams to assess feasibility and develop high-level solution approaches.
• Support demand and resource planning by balancing business priorities with delivery capacity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and manage expectations.
• Develop executive dashboards and reports to provide insights into pipeline health, demand trends, and portfolio performance.
• Ensure compliance with demand governance standards, documentation, and quality requirements.
• Continuously improve demand management processes, frameworks, and tools to support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience is required in areas such as Demand Management, Business Analysis, IT Portfolio Management, or Technology Consulting. Experience within AI, Data, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology environments is essential.
