About the Role

Eltizam is seeking an AI Native Frontend Engineer (React) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position involves designing and building modern, responsive user interfaces for the company's insurance technology platform. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for customers.

Role Overview

As an AI Native Frontend Engineer, you will implement frontend features using React and integrate with backend APIs. You will collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into performant and maintainable code. A key aspect of this role involves integrating AI-driven features into the user interface.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable UI components.
• Optimize frontend performance.
• Implement accessibility best practices.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
• Integrate AI-driven features into the user interface, partnering with machine learning and data engineering teams to surface intelligent recommendations and insights.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Define screen behavior for various scenarios, including quote arrivals, insurer timeouts, and customer retries, based on Figma designs, existing components, and API contracts.
• Guide revisions using browser screenshots, network traces, and keyboard checks.
• Verify responsive layouts, Arabic right-to-left behavior, and focus order on real screens.
• Implement targeted fixes and regression tests.
• Review changes and confirm the customer journey can be completed before merging code.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in frontend engineering, specifically with React.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
