We are seeking an AI Native Software Engineer Senior Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves embedding deeply with customers to transition projects from experimentation to operational reality.

Role Overview

The AI Native Software Engineer Senior Analyst will contribute to shaping how enterprises adopt AI-native engineering. This may involve leading complex agentic solutions and developing engineering talent, or owning critical technical areas end-to-end as a senior individual contributor. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in building cloud-native solutions and practical experience in designing and deploying agentic systems, particularly for enterprise environments. This role requires a critical thinker capable of delivering concrete results by designing, building, and running AI agents that augment workflows and scale across modern infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with client stakeholders, serving as both technologist and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deploy robust, secure, and operational agentic workflows within complex enterprise domains.
• Design and build enterprise-ready AI agents, incorporating retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• Implement resilient, testable, and maintainable agentic workflows that support rapid iteration.

Required Skills and Contributions

• Develop and/or extend abstraction layers across various AI providers (*, Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) to enable seamless integration and multi-provider enablement.
• Contribute to shared libraries, SDKs, and patterns for reuse across client projects.

Work Environment and Travel

This role involves working with clients to integrate net-new platforms and systems within their existing environments alongside ecosystem partners. Travel may be required, with the amount varying from 25% to 75% depending on business needs and client requirements.
