The Role of Architect Manager, Luxury Assets

This full-time position involves leading the architectural design and delivery of high-end luxury projects. The Architect Manager ensures that all aspects of design meet the highest standards of luxury, aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. The role requires a seasoned architect with a deep understanding of luxury asset design, capable of translating visionary concepts into architectural realities while managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and management of luxury asset projects, ensuring alignment with Soudah Development vision and brand identity.
• Develop and implement architectural policies, plans, and best practices specifically tailored to luxury developments.
• Provide strategic input on the selection of materials, finishes, and technologies that enhance the luxury appeal and sustainability of projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth information flow and alignment of project objectives.
• Translate complex design aspirations into feasible architectural solutions while maintaining high standards of luxury and functionality.
• Ensure all architectural designs meet organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
• Review and approve architectural designs and documents, ensuring compliance with luxury design standards, applicable building codes, and QA/QC systems.
• Manage and guide all phases of the architectural design process, from concept through to completion, ensuring deliverables meet project luxury aspirations.
• Prepare and manage RFP documents for architectural services, ensuring proposals meet required standards for luxury developments.
• Provide technical assistance during pre-bid conferences, proposal evaluations, and post-award contract conferences.
• Conduct site inspections as necessary to ensure design execution to the highest standards and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Oversee and ensure the integration of cutting-edge architectural technologies and sustainable practices in luxury projects.
• Lead Value Engineering workshops to optimize luxury design without compromising quality or aesthetic value.
• Provide expertise and guidance on design or scope changes, ensuring they enhance the luxury experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in architecture, with a demonstrated deep understanding of luxury asset design. The role requires proven capability in managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant building codes and industry standards.

The Architect Manager is responsible for upholding the highest standards across all projects. This includes ensuring designs align with specific luxury development visions and brand identities, providing strategic input on material and technology selection for enhanced appeal and sustainability, and rigorously reviewing all architectural deliverables for compliance with luxury design standards and quality assurance protocols.
